Have You hugged Your Usher Today..? Sunday Sept. 18: Yes, it's finally here; today is "Usher Recognition Sunday..." Among their many duties, Ushers greet and guide arriving parishioners, lend assistance when needed, and answer questions about the church. These functions are performed as artfully as possible with the dignity appropriate to worship. During the 10:00 a.m. service we'll have an Usher commissioning and after the service, there's a very important meeting for all current and prospective Ushers.
